Auto/MVA

Injuries suffered as a result of auto accidents may be severe and life altering. Injuries suffered from auto accidents can range from whiplash and burns, to nerve damage, spinal cord paralysis, broken or dislocated bones and limbs, or even loss of motor function in some limbs. PMPMA works closely with many attorneys and a third party payer to help get your medical bills paid and covered.
Those Motor Vehicle Accident candidates that are eligible for this special program include:
• MVA that have a PPO medical policy
• MVA that have a HSA (Health Savings Account)
• MVA that have no insurance
• MVA that has a catastrophic health policy
• MVA that has been denied coverage from their medical policy
We now accept personal injury attorney liens in conjunction with Key Health

In addition, there are cases of personal injuries that are non-work related that may also be eligible for this program. It is crucial though, that these cases do not have any potential to be considered a Workers Compensation injury claim.

Our Process…
To initiate a referral to our office please call Himat Eldowi at (410) 266-2704.

The attorney office or the patient may initiate the initial registration call with patient’s name and phone number, attorney name and phone number, and date of injury.

PMPMA will then begin the formal process with additional information being obtained from the patient. Key Health will be contacted for the authorization process Key Health will contact the attorney office directly to assess the litigation potential for the patient’s case and determine final approval of the lien.

This process can have a turn-around time generally around two days, being most dependent on the access to attorney office discussions.

Once approval is determined, the patient will be scheduled for appointment to a practice provider.
